Account Deletion

Delete your Baby No Cry account.

You can delete your account and saved cry history from inside the app, or contact support for help.

Delete In The App

  1. Open Baby No Cry.
  2. Tap the account menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm deletion.

What Is Deleted

For signed-in users, account deletion removes the Firebase account, saved cry logs, and replayable audio stored by Baby No Cry. Video files are not stored by Baby No Cry after audio extraction. For guest users, it removes the guest account from the device.

Request Deletion Help

If you cannot access the app, reinstall Baby No Cry and sign in with the same Apple or Google account, then use the in-app account deletion flow.

Retention

Temporary backend processing files are deleted after analysis. Some server logs or security records may be retained for a limited period when required for reliability, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or abuse investigation.

在 App 内删除

  1. 打开 Baby No Cry。
  2. 点击右上角账户/设置菜单。
  3. 选择“删除账户”。
  4. 确认删除。

会删除什么

登录用户删除账号时，会删除 Firebase 账号、已保存哭声记录，以及 Baby No Cry 存储的可回放音频。Baby No Cry 在提取音频后不会保存原始视频文件。游客用户删除时，会从设备移除游客账号。

如果你无法访问 App，请重新安装 Baby No Cry，并使用同一个 Apple 或 Google 账号登录，然后使用 App 内账号删除流程。
